Order Cancellation
• Within 24 Hours: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Email us at  Support@shophile.co.in or Watsapp on 9890232129  with your order number to request a cancellation.
• After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
• Custom Orders: Made-to-order or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation.

Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You share photos/videos as proof via email.
Return Conditions:
• Product must be unused and unwashed.
• It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags.
• Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
1. Initiate a return (if eligible).
2. Place a new order for the item you want.

Return Shipping
• If the product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (subject to availability) or reimburse return shipping.
• In all other cases, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
