• All local orders within 30km will be delivered on the same day
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Made-to-order or customized products may take 2-3 business days to dispatch.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

• Standard Shipping (over 10 km or cart amount less than ₹1000): Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

• Please record a video before opening the parcel. This help you to claim exchange. We will not entertain any request if opening of parcel video is not available.
